RPDEV Holds 2nd Concert Series

RPDEV held the RPDEV Concert Series II at the National Museum on October 26, 2006 which was well attended by its supporters and friends.  Entitled "Ang Hindi Lumingon ... the Journeys of the Global Pinoy", the concert paid tribute to our "kababayans" who may have left the Philippines for now but will always return home - whether by coming home or by making sure that their children and grandchildren have in them the values of being Filipino.

Once again the Manila Symphony Orchestra (MSO), under the baton of Professor Arturo "Totie" Molina, performed a musical program conceptualized by MSO Executive Director Donna May Lina.  Guest artists who performed special numbers with the MSO were Jose Mari Chan, Janet Basco and Ms. Lea Salonga.  Surprise numbers were contributed by the Executive Band led by Maestro Francis Manglapus.

Proceeds of the event will be shared by RPDEV and the National Museum.
